When our customers use CreditLelo.in or send emails to us, they are connecting with CreditLelo.in electronically. Our customer’s agree to obtain communications from CreditLelo.in electronically. CreditLelo.in might connect with them via email or by updating notices on the Site or by phone or usually available means of communication. Our customers accept that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to them electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

CreditLelo.in does not guarantee it will take action against all breaches of this ToU. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this ToU, there shall be no third-party beneficiaries to this ToU. This ToU constitutes the entire agreement between our customers and CreditLelo.in and governs their use of the Site, prevailing any prior agreements between our customers and CreditLelo.in with respect to the Site.
